PIR Pre-insulated Duct Panel with 80 micron Aluminum Foil

GFI PIR Pre-insulated Duct Panel consist of 20mm thickness closed cell PIR insulation foam and 80 micron thickness aluminum foil. The aluminum foil is embossed on both sides and coated with a 2g/㎡ layer of corrosion-resistant epoxy varnish paint. GFI PIR Air Duct Panel has a high performance insulating material with excellent thermal resistance and fire resistance. This kind of material has a wide range of applications in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Duct) systems. It is a kind of fireproof duct board.

GFI can also manufacture other thickness of PID duct panel, such as 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm etc. Aluminum foil can also be available in other thickness.

Fabrication of GFI PIR Pre-insulated Duct Panel

The construction of GFI PIR Duct is accomplished by following a standardized procedure by GFI Pre-insulated Duct Cutting Tool Box. The process is the same regardless of the shape of the duct element: tracing, cutting, gluing, folding, taping, flanging & reinforcement and sealing.

Packing and Shipping

The length and packaging of GFI Pre-Insulated Air Duct Panel can be customized. Usually it will be cut and packed as below details:

01 / 40’HQ Container: 3950/2950*1200*20mm, 10 sheets packed in one carton, total 660sheets(3950mm) / 880sheets(2950mm).

02 / 20’GP Container: 2900*1200*20mm, 10 sheets packed in one carton, total 400sheets.
