PVC / Aluminum F Section Bar for Pre-insulated Air Duct

PVC F section bar and Aluminum F section bar permit all accessories with fastening frames higher than 20 mm to be fastened to the ducts, like damper and AHU connection. We supply two materials as PVC and Aluminum, and three types for 20 mm, 30 mm and 40mm thickness. The standard length of PVC and Aluminum profile is 4 meters for each. Our PVC F Flange Fitting is fireproof.

Application of PVC / Aluminum F Flanges

The PVC/aluminum F flange is typically installed at the junctions of air conditioning ducts where two ducts need to be connected. Packing and Loading

PVC & Aluminum F section bar is packed by plastic film, the standard length is 4 meters for each piece and 80 meters packed in one bundle. Like below photos:
