PVC / Aluminum U flange for Pre-insulated Air Duct

PVC / Aluminum U flange has the same shape as the letter U. It is used with 20mm, 25mm, 30mm or 40mm thickness of PIR pre-insulated air duct board, used to connect volume control damper and sheet metal duct in PIR Ducting system.

GFI factory produce PVC U flange with two colors as grey (regular color) and black. The standard length is 4 meters for each piece. It is fireproof, lightweight and easy to install in PIR Ducting system.

Application of PVC / Aluminum H Flange in HVAC System

Application of PVC / Aluminum U Section Bar is used to fasten ducts to air handling units and in the assembly of linear diffusers. Diffuser and grille connect the Chair Section Bar (PVC / Aluminum h profile) with the pre-insulated HVAC Duct installation.

Packing and Loading

PVC / Aluminum U flange is packed by plastic film, the standard length is 4 meters for each and 80 meters packed in one bundle. Like below photos:
